Born from a love of exceptional coffee and a desire to create a true community gathering place, Max Cafe opened its doors in 2015 on the vibrant streets of Austin, TX.
We source our beans directly from family-owned farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — roasted in-house to bring out the most nuanced flavors. Every espresso pulled, every latte steamed, every cold brew crafted is a small act of artistry.
Fresh pastries arrive daily from our partner bakery. Our ingredients are seasonal, local where possible, and always chosen with care. Because you deserve more than just coffee — you deserve a moment.
